Home > Bulletin Archive > USDA Rural Development March 19, 2010 USDA Rural Development The USDA Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Division has recently sent out a memo that they are anticipating their funding for the program will be exhausted by the end of April. 1st Advantage Mortgage is implementing the following policy effective immediately. We will not accept any RD submissions after 3/31/10 and we are also requiring that the RD commitment already be in place prior to the loan being locked. This is a temporary measure and the program will be opened back up once USDA receives additional funding again.
